Love it
The media could not be loaded. Absolutely beautiful instrument that I’m still getting to know. Well worth the price, it’s got a beautiful tone, and a sturdy feel. As it has the notes written above each string, it’s very easy to pick up the basics like twinkle twinkle and happy birthday even for an inexperienced player. It comes with a pick up, an extra set of strings and a tuning wrench: the latter two are essential, I’ve yet to need the pick up as the acoustic projection on it is spectacular.Things to note: Be aware that it takes a few days for the strings to settle - I knew this before I bought it, so was anticipating it, but it still made me a bit nervous those first few days when it wouldn’t stay in tune. Don’t be alarmed, just give it a little time and it will.It can be a little difficult to find music for it (that being said there are some lovely tutorials on YouTube) my advice to anyone looking for a specific song: get on Google and see if there are kalimba tabs for it, as they can translate well.

Update, the seller is an A1 seller who sorted my issues out, top seller!
Oh my dear god what a poor product, wood so sharp it actually cut my skin, I will be taking this further as a musical instrument should not cause lacerations! The workmanship on this is dire, if I could have given no stars then I would have, the string height is really bad and the tuning pegs look like a bad set of teeth, avoid even if it was free!Update, this one seems to have been a one off, the seller sent me another that was much better, this other one is made from mahogany and looks slightly diferent but has been checked and it plays so much better, the seller went bent over over backwards to try and sort my issues out, top seller!

Excellent value
The build quality is excellent, the wood is a lovely colour and smooth. The accessories are excellent with the tuning key fitting precisely and the spare strings labelled. Take the tuning gently with no fierce increase in tension. Slowly and carefully. IMPRESSIVE- It’s holding its tuning no problem. Highly recommended

Average for price
Harp made a nice sound, however, I had to send it back as some of the strings would not tune at all, not even a tension issue, they just completely stopped tuning. The seller forgot the additional strings and tuner, however, they were cooperative and willing to send replacements free of charge upon request. One of the strings snapped on it's first tune and it was quite difficult to get the others to take to tension once at the right note. This is common with string instruments, especially on brand new strings, but I think this may have been an issue with the strings used as they were particularly stubborn, still not holding tune, even after testing them out for a while and giving them a few good tunes to try help them along. Many of them couldn't hold their tune for even a few seconds, despite having tuned them multiple times over the course of a few days. The harp was very pretty and I found it easy enough to learn, I think if you had some patience with it you could probably get it to hold its tune though care would be advised as the strings seemed relatively brittle and prone to snapping.Overall, a decent beginner harp if you get past the tuning difficulties, I think it's a good first harp given that the strings will improve with age, it took some time to arrive as expected but the harp itself was of a decent quality and looked like the picture.

Bad product or bad material?
Looks good, sounds good, 1 issue, the second i held it in my hands I noticed the wood was tearing in half, I’d like to a half a refund for the quality of the product, I would’ve expected it to have lasted longer, I hope it doesn’t fall apart completely before I learn a song or two
