Exactly what we needed
These are perfect. Exactly what we wanted. I will give you a secret that will save you so much grief. When you roll out you dough for the shells, put a good dusting of flour where your dough contacts these forms. This will make them so easy to remove the dough from the form. Another tip, after they fry for about a minute, take them off the form, anf fry the rest of the way. This gives the inside a crispy feel, and an even cooking. Youre welcome.
