Red foot step ladder
When the item arrived one of the bottom stays had came off. The rivets had broken off so I re fixed it with a screw . Also one of the stays which keeps it secure was bent, had to bend this back also . I don’t think it was a supplier’s issue, it could have happened in transit . Other than that it looks like it will be a good useful set of steps 👌

The LADDER is excellent, The delivery company not so much!
The ladder itself is great and the company BPS Access Solutions was VERY helpful in sorting my issues with the delivered ladders, yes ladders plural as the DELIVERY COMPANY used managed to damage TWO separate ladders! The replacement for the first one came in two days but sadly that was also damaged, probably because the delivery drivers just threw the ladders into my porch! One phone call to BPS and it was all sorted, fantastic customer service from BPS. Great little ladder.

Product arrived with an item missing but BPS Access Solutions immediately corrected this, sent me the missing part and £20 compensation . Excellent service!
