took away muscle cramps
my personal trainer recommended and gave me samples of LMNT. Even after dropping out of training I continue to have 1/2 to 1/3 of a packet most days. I will sometimes get cramps, sometimes quite severe, or simply jiggling in my arch or calf. That is to say I used to and until I started doing these.I tried the variety pack and raspberry and citrus were my two favorites. Of them raspberry is my most favorite. It's probably more expensive than competitors and they can be all kinds of choices about different nutritional profiles. I did try one competitor and while the flavor variety was interesting, it wasn't necessary and some of the cramps started coming back even though the other competitor brand had more ingredients. So I'm returning to just this for simplicity. I'll rotate between my two favorite flavors: that's good enough for me.Also, the stuff always dissolves super well. I only think of it because the competitor I tried did not. I also have never experienced an LMNT packet being hard because there was moisture intrusion in the processing of it.

So good!
I can not staaaand other electrolyte tastes… way too salty, just over all hard to drink. However LMNT is so refreshing. It makes working outside so much more enjoyable! Taste is great, mixes well with ice cold water, and the size is perfect. Throw a couple in my purse or diaper bag and I’m good to go! Even my kids like to steal sips from my water when I’m drinking it! 10/10

Keeps you hydrated
Very salty. You have to adjust how much water you mix with it. It works very well. And the flavor is great. They do say on the package about satyness and you may have to adjust the water to your preferences.

Excellent dor prolong fasting.
No flavor and no calories. Take this if you are doing a fast over 18 hours. Trust me. Yeah it's more expensive but its convenient ans does the job. Also great for migraines as long as you drink water

Easy way to stay hydrated
Any time I get even a hint of a headache, I’ll add one of these into my water bottle. The taste is great, definitely saltier than other electrolyte supplements that I’ve tried, but I prefer LMNT to others. It dissolves super easy by just a few shakes in my water bottle and doesn’t leave a bunch at the bottom. My fav flavor is the raspberry salt, but I’ve tried the variety pack as well and love all the others too!!

Drink powder
I found out about this electrolyte drink through someone in a Facebook group.I tried another brand before this one and it felt carbonated and I didn’t like it. The flavors for this drink is really good. My only complaint is, it can be really salty. After several tries, I started to put it in 32oz (I think?) water bottles, shaking it really well, and then shaking again the next day before drinking. It could probably be even better if I mixed it with more water. If you get a little piece of it that didn’t mix I think that’s what makes it salty. The flavors are good. I’m trying to get used to flavors like this that seem fake (like a candy flavored drink versus something fresh) since I’m so used to tea and coffee only. It doesn’t dissolve that easy so just make sure you shake your bottle well. I’m not sure how easy it would be for just a stir.

Best there is
Best on the market. Everything your need and none of the bs that you don't. Total game changer in the back country. Only thing that works better and faster is an IV

I am biased in favor of one flavor
I have tried only 2 flavors: citrus and chile mango. The spicy/fruity taste of the latter is my go-to! Others have steered me away from chocolate. I trust their judgment. Be daring and review it. Another opinion is always welcome.
