Good product
Product and material are good. The manual needs revision. I installed by myself and it's working fine. The hot water is very hot and we can make tea or coffee. No provision to adjust temperature. Cooling is fine. Looks great.

FAKE DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS BY AMAZON AND VOltas
Product is not working and amazon and voltas are both not helpful - money is wasted - don’t buy expensive electronic items from amazon - they sell fake goods and I hope quick commerce takes over their business and their service improves - the amazon service call person and chat person both ended the chats without resolutions -pathetic service
