this is a great product it taste horrible so i take it with some kind of flavored drink to help the taste the times i have taken this it has made a huge difference and i could tell it worked easy to take as its a liquid supplement the ingredients are clean and what it states is whats in it it is a little potent so take only as directed this is a quality product for the price

Ive tried the bitters for about a month now and I love it ! After about the first week I noticed a decrease in bloating, better energy and overall felt good with myself.I thought it would taste terrible given that it's a bitter supplement, but it's not that bad. Almost kind of sweet. I take the supplement alone on a daily basis , but I think it would be a good addition to a tea or coffee even.
