Smoooooth!
Had a resistance-band type previously (diff vendor) and it sucked! This one is so quiet and smooth, highly recommend.I paid $212 just a month ago. For some reason it is now $270. Gee, I wonder why . . .

Good for folks with short stride
The video build instructions is more helpful than the written ones. The stride is too short for me but good for my wife. It is well made, good quality material, is stable, and functional.

Great customer service!
I purchased my Magnetic Elliptical Machine and found the assembly instructions very thorough. Once assembled the machine did not operate smoothly so I contacted customer service. They were extremely quick to respond and requested that I send a video of the problem. They reviewed the video and came up with an easy resolution. I cannot emphasize enough how responsive and helpful customer service was.

It's fine. Not high end, but hasn't broken
It's fine. It took forever to put together, but that's to be expected. The directions were easy enough to follow, but so many bolts to screw in! And I have to retighten them after every use because they get loose so fast. The first like, 2 weeks it worked like a charm. I would have given it 5 stars, but after a few months.. yeesh. It squeaks so loud. I have to use it with headphones or the squeaks will drive me insane. I tried tightening everything, I used WD-40, I even used an industrial grade lubricant and it still squeaks. And I'm not talking little eeee, it sounds like I'm running through a hallway of rubber chickens. And the foot pedals click now too, an added annoyance. I took it apart, out it back together, and it's click squeak click squeak. It's rough. BUT! As an elliptical it works. I get my exercise on it, it functions correctly, hasn't broken yet, and it's fun! It's just... Loud. And squeaky. And clicky.

Low-Quality
This machine literally fell apart the first time I used it. It was also missing parts when it arrived.

Nice Bike
So far the bike is working out well. I bought it for my mother so she could get some exercise while working from home and during the cold months of winter. It was easy enough to assemble and didn't have a ton of parts. When putting it together pay careful attention to the pedals and make sure you have the correct pedal for each side of the machine. They screw in opposite directions from one another and accidentally screwing them in the wrong way will strip the threading. When. Putting it together I did feel some of the peices were a little flimsy, especially the metal used in the digital tracker post at the front of the bike. The actual moving mechanisms of the bike felt sold in my estimation. Overall I wouldn't say it felt "cheap" but it did make me think anyone using the bike should be gentle, especially with the digital stand and the seat position locking lever. I like that it's magnetic resistance so it's easy for my mom to switch resistance levels and I don't need to worry about belts slipping/breaking. Again, given the price, I don't feel this bike is a rip off and poorly made but it's not something that a large man would want to casually use force with. I like that it has wheels on one side and it's slight elevation adjusters on either side for use on uneven flooring. This is a properly priced machine and so far I'm pleased with it.
