The media could not be loaded. The lighting is clearly the main draw and scene stealer here. It really delivers on that front end I love the way that it looks when it's lit up in various ways. The cops switches and build of the keyboard along with the matrix screen just make it so much fun to use. As for the typing experience, it's totally adequate. Nothing too special but the caps are comfortable and fun to use and the switches are fine but I've experimented with switching them out and having better luck with others. It definitely does have a clicky noise more than a thocky one with the switches it came with, So if you don't like that make sure you plan on swapping them out. It functions perfectly and the connectivity has no issue usually. The rotary works and so does the little lever thing. It will require software to change the matrix screen a lot but it's pretty easy to use. I can't get enough of how colorful it all is. As for the battery, it's quite powerful and lasts me a while even with all of the lights at full blast. I definitely recommend this even though it's on the pricey side.

The keyboard is nice and seems sturdy. I thought it was noted to be “hot Swappable”, but i've tried swapping the switches to a yellow, but it doesn't seem to work on any of the switches I bought.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I plugged the keyboard into my computer it lit up and after 5 minutes lights went out and never came back on. Tried different computers, no luck. Keyboard became a useless brick.

First and foremost, I should clarify- I am by no means a mechanical keyboard enthusiast. I do have several friends and colleagues who are, though, and I know enough to know that I prefer brown switches to blue. I'm also old enough to remember the OG IBM keyboards and still have an old Microsoft Ergo keyboard that sees daily use. All that said, I feel like the K600 is a solid offering from Machenike.Overall, construction appears robust and well put together. Effort and sound feels about right for a brown-switch board. Keep in mind this is a 96% layout. I'm seeing several other reviews that seemed to miss that in the product heading. Same goes for the clackity, tactile nature of a brown-switch. So, for some it may be too clackity, for others it may not be enough. Whether it's the layout of the keys or the actual feel of the switches, make sure the K600 fits your needs and you'll be happy. Especially for price ($29.99 at time of review) this is a solid budget option.

I love what this keyboard does and everything but my fingers literally keep slipping to other keys lol, but switching key caps fixed all of that and I'm happy
