Do Not Buy This Phone!! This shouldn’t even be sold as if it were a phone. Software and hardware do no support and are not capable of using iOS 16 which is necessary to use so many of the current apps. This listing alone sold over 500 in the past month and apple and Amazon are shaking everybody’s piggy bank for a product that doesn’t work. These and any other phone that can’t operate on the current platform need to be removed from retail sale or relabeled so that people aren’t being deceived into buy a “phone” that doesn’t work. And if you do buy it apple won’t let you trade it in because it’s “too old of a phone”Sounds like they can dish it out but can’t take it.

It was a gift for an elderly person who enjoys using an iPad but swears to never own a smartphone. The item was highly appreciated, and we might activate on the AT&T Network when ready.

Good product, I've owned 4 of the same phone... but the older phones will be obsolete soon and won't be able to download updates.

I’ve had the phone about two weeks now everything was fine until today. The phone died so I put it in the charger and it took about 20 minutes to cut back on. Once back on it only got to 2% after 30 minutes of charging. I turned it off in hopes that would help. A hour has passed and it won’t cut back on at all. I even changed chargers thinking that would help it didn’t .

The phone itself is great and in great shape. However, I took it to Verizon and the tech told me it’s not compatible with Verizon services. Since it stated in the description it was, I am very disappointed that I bought this.
