Fun to use
I'm not sure it's done me any good, but I've enjoyed playing with it, and trying it out on visitors. so even if it's not helped yet, it's been worth the price for the fun!

Works very well, though some instructions would have been nice, I have no idea if lowering the ends changes frequency or not?

Love it!
Im not sure about the relaxition / remedy of it, but it produces a good clear tone. It would be nice with a little booklet about how to use it, but after watching a few youtube videos you dont need the silicone hammer, you just tap it against the palm of your hand which works much better! Its very sturdy and well build. I approve!
