It is working well , It has been couple of weeks since I bought it .Has all mentioned features with speed control but its kind of just an extra useless feature as you will alwyas put your fan speed max. , has good build quality according to price.

The media could not be loaded. Compromising product. Fan speed is very slow. If your laptop have heating problem then this product is of not much help as airflow is very low.Standard usage with no heating problem can be a use case for this product
