Garlic has lot of benefits that is proven by science. People cannot eat direct garlic due to the smell and sometimes cultural values. This supplement is good for those folks.I like eating garlic but cooked garlic has lesser benefits compared the raw one. This supplement I think is comparable to raw garlic.There is slight smell of garlic in the tablets but no after effects like garlic burps or after taster. So it's a good option for people who want to get the benefits of garlic without having to consume it in the raw form.
