Works better than I thought it would.

The media could not be loaded. The product was very easy to set up. The app guided me through the process and I didn't face any issues there. After I got everything set up, the app asked me if I want to set a "Do Not Disturb Time" so that the vacuum will not resume cleaning automatically, play voice prompts or empty dust during that time. The vacuum mapped out the apartment very accurately and managed to get through all parts of it. The suction level is very good. I do have a dog and it managed to remove all pet hair. The sound level is decent and you will notice it when it is running. I love that I do not need to empty it frequently. When it finishes cleaning, it goes back to the base and empties the dust. The experience has been very pleasant so far. I did try to connect it to my Matter ecosystem but the vacuum didn't show up properly (I don't think Matter supports robot vacuums as of today). Long story short, I definitely recommend the product.

This vacuum stopped connecting to my network and trips my circuit breaker. Without it connecting to my wifi network I can't modify the schedule or change the map. It has also tripped my circuit breaker many times suggesting that the circuitry might not be well designed or is defective. These problems are a shame because as far as I know it's the only robot vacuum of this size. It can go into spaces that no other robot vacuum can. However, because of the issues I ran into I recommend you stick with more reputable brands.

I like the product but I had an issue with the lid that holds the roller brush. Could be a design issue, I saw some other people with the same issue.Anyways, I contacted support and they do answer but I think they are based in Japan and the hours of operation start at 5pm Eastern Time.The problem is that the person who answer can’t do anything. They have to send the request to a team that never answers. So support is practically non-existent.*UPDATE: After 2 weeks SwitchBot reached out to offer a refund and promised to escalate the ticket to highest priority. I really hope they improve their customer support because that is the only thing lacking here. Their products are unique, no where else you can find a small robot vacuum like the K10+. In a sea of pricey $1000 robot vacuums, this one offers an economical alternative that can reach areas where no other robot vacuum can. If they can improve customer service I would give it 5 stars.TLDR: Good product. Fulfills a niche that no one else offers. Be aware that if you have an issue, you might have a hard time getting it resolved. YMMV

After a month of use I can say I'm very pleased with the performance of this robo vac. It's does a thorough job of cleaning my 425 sq ft apartment in about 20 minutes. Picks up my Aussie dog hair without wrapping around the newly designed rubber brush. It's very quiet and can return home without getting lost to empty and recharge for the next use. it's small size enables it to get where my larger robo vac never could. Easy app setup in no time at all. Mapping and cleaning done within 30 minutes of opening the box. If you are hesitant about purchasing this switchbot vac, don't put it off. You will not be sorry. I have not used the mopping feature so no comment regarding it.

While it certainly does vacuum it doesn’t actually pick up much. To be fair I have pets plus I foster so I have a lot of cats at any given time and therefore lots of fur and litter so it’s a big job. However, I don’t really know that this robot would benefit any household other than one with no pets or children it picks up so little.The vacuuming behavior is also not ideal but this might be a personal preference. It vacuums the walls and general outer perimeter first and then does the central areas. It’s kind of frustrating having the robot start and then it taking forever to get to the main part you actually want vacuumed where the foot traffic is etc. it would’ve been better if it did it’s routine the other way around.The self emptying station was easy to set up, didn’t take a lot of space, and looked nice and neat. However, the suction from the robot to the waste bag seemed to not work well. I could hear that the suction was strong but it seemed to take a couple tries for it to successfully get the debris out. I had to actually initiate the extra attempts myself as it’ll try once and even if the robots waste bin is still full it’ll consider the job done and leave it.The mapping seemed to work well though and I found the app easy to use. It was also really easy and straightforward to set up.I initially bought this specific one because the compact size was very appealing to me as I live in a small studio and it did in fact fit into very small areas that my last robot couldn’t reach.At the end of the day I can’t recommend it. I ended up sending mine back for a refund which was easy to do.

I have a few other switchbot devices like the blind tilt I had really liked so I figured I would try out their new vacuum now that my roomba is outdated. I've been super happy with it and it's now what I use daily!The smaller size has been super great, it also looks a lot nicer being sleek white than some of the other vacuums. Maybe it's the sensor on top but I find that it's barely running into things and does a great job moving around corners and chairs. The first run took a while for it to fully map my apartment, but now I have it target certain rooms and it's super fast! I tried the mopping feature once and while it's fine, it's not something I'll use often. App is great and I can't wait for the matter support later on!
