This took two weekends for us to assemble. Not an easy task AT ALL. But now that it’s up, we didn’t install the sidewalls and curtains due to the breeze and frankly, i was so fed up with this thing I was just glad to be done with it. Good solid quality too. The only thing that would be better and more durable than this metal top gazebo is one with a solid wood frame. We are going to put the legs in planters or buckets with concrete versus staking them down but the package did some with concrete bolts.

Only recieved one box posts and screws and bolts no actual roof delivered now too late but how do i know it would not be delivered? will be disputing CC

Packaging could be better, the corners of the roof were bent but it was fixable. No missing parts.Complicated build due to the number of parts, screws, took 2 days and 2 people to complete. Instructions were reasonable, pay close attention.Love the end product, live in an area strong winds occur occasionally, we do not expect any severe weather conditions to occur.

Took about two and a half days. Everything was boxed correctly and only 1 item was dented but it did not make a difference in the building of it. The instructions were ok for the most part. A piece of advice to make it go smoother is work in sections and doing all screws. Save large yogurt or cottage cheese containers to put screws in and label.

It is given 2 stars because there is no customer service at all. The company list an address in Georgia but a phone number in Arizona which does not work. Somehow I lost the instructions in the middle of building it, and because every part and screw is numbered and put together in a certain order, I've had to stop because there is no online version of the instructions which match the parts. (Similar but not the same). AMAZON or the company should post online versions of all their instructions for review. The quality seems okay otherwise but be careful of the heavy box as mine was tore up upon delivery.

I had 2 issues. The roofing parts were dented. Not sure if it was shipping or somewhere else in their process. The second was a roof beam what was dented and it looks like someone tried to repair it by using pliers that left scratch marks and did more bent damage. The parts came wrapped in foam sheets so it looks be done at the factory. Email communications went unanswered.

Loving it so far! Makes the patio area very cozy.

Gazebo is beautiful but instructions are crappie. A whole lot of figuring on your own to make sure everything is correct
