Bought these for my son who I felt was struggling bit with getting a rounded diet.They are delicious according to him. The quantity VS quality of ingredients I feel like was also worth the cost. It's hard to find quality methylated vitamins for kids they'll actually eat.I also see a noticeable change in behavior and activity level.They are easy to chew for Littles.

Clean ingredients, great flavor! My child loves them & they have quality ingredients! I have these on auto ship! Not super sticky either! Or loaded in sugar like some other kids vitamins. Also I have noticed my child doesn’t get sick as much since taking these!

hard to find methylated vitamins a picky kid will eat - these are a winner.I use the womens ones too!

I bought these to see if I noticed a difference in my kids, what I can say is I am glad they are not loaded with sugar, my kids seem to have good energy from them, they rarely get sick, they smell and taste amazing, and the kids look forward to taking them each day.

Only reason I did not give a 5 start is due to the cap. It is super easy to open and you must make sure to keep it out of accidental reaching space. My kids love their vitamin and take it willingly every day. They think it’s candy.

Wonderful vitamin with an amazing flavor my son loved. He has a gene that makes it impossible to absorb regular floac acid. This has been a life changer for all of us!

Only leaving 3 stars bc the taste was horrendous and my daughter wouldn’t eat them! No idea if they actually help for that reason!
