The tinctures that bio Krauter makes are excellent. I'm purchasing all thetinctures I use from them. Compared to other sellers, I believe they are very reasonable.

I put two squeezes full of this in some sleepy time tea every night and it puts me down with a nice, heavy feeling unlike melatonin or prescription sleep aids— instead of feeling panicky and heart thumpy, it actually feels so nice. Like how you used to fall asleep when you were a kid.

been using (under tongue) for 3-4wks and fall asleep within 30mins. pretty potent so only take half of suggested dose. not for day use, for me anyway, but great for hitting the pillow.great value would order again!

I was expecting the worst flavor but to my surprise, it tastes very good. Kind of a grape flavor. So I take it by itself with not having to mix it with anything.

Liquid supplements are the best value for the money. Gets me relaxed before I go to bed. Not much of a taste. Tastes good with milk. Good quality and is effective
