I have a thigh injury, and this sleeve is exactly what I needed. It provides compression and stability, but it doesn't squeeze my thigh and allows for flexibility. The material is comfortable and breathable so my leg doesn't sweat. It can be worn for extended periods unlike other such sleeves that tend to dig into the skin after prolonged use. It is a quality made and designed product!

Nice quality product. Heavy enough material to keep the sleeve on my leg without rolling or bunching up. I was worried it would show through my workout pants but it doesn't.The only thing I didn't like was the white tag on the front of the sleeve. That did show through my workout pants so I ended up cutting it off.It washes nicely and dries fast.

I bought these because I currently am recovering from spine surgery and have a thigh brace attached to my back brace, which was custom made. The issue is trying to find something that I can wear under the thigh piece so I can wear shorts now that it is getting warmer. I thought these would do the trick and I ordered 2XL and even though I measured 19", they are so tight that the wavy rubber strip at the top to prevent it from slipping has actually dug into my skin leaving marks. I really liked them the first couple of days until I realized that they are just too tight at the top despite the size guide. I have a short thigh to start with and the bottom is loose right above the knee. But now I am going to have to stop using them because they literally have dug into my skin now that in some areas it's cut into the skin. So be aware of this when ordering. Now I have to find something else since I have to wear this brace for another 3-4 months.

I shattered my hip and the surgeon had to put together my hip and run a rod to my knee these thigh compression sleeves have been great for alleviating pain and strengthen my muscles. Just love them!

According to the sizing recommendation I ordered the largest size and while it goes on very tightly, it still slides down with even moderate exercise.

Amazing product. Price was spot on and they are super comfortable. Will be getting a second pair to keep on hand as they help protect my temperamental hamstrings. Great for track day or any day you need a little extra support.

I bought the small and it is tight but did a great job of supporting a sore thigh. I could have used one that was a bit longer but figured the medium would not be tight enough.

I went with a smaller size per suggestion from some customers but found it still slipped a little when walking.I also found stretching exercise seem to help with the quad strain more so than the Thigh Compression Sleeve.
