Good quality soap dispenser
This was exactly what we were looking for. It wasn't the cheapest but is great quality and looks great in our bathroom. It's easy to fill and use.

Aesthetically pleasing
I’d already got one of these that I’d bought cheaper from a shop, but had been unable to find one for my bathroom. I really like them.

Two design flaws to be aware of! One is fixable
Two major design flaws….You have to push the dispenser at the back to get soap out - even the marketing photos show it being pushed at the front. This is not that easy to do one-handed unless you are holding the unit…Secondly, replacing the dispensing unit is hit and miss due to the 2 small plastic tabs under the top of the unit. These should engage with the base unit to secure the pump. However, if they are even slightly splayed outwards away from the vertical then they fail to engage. At this point you press the unit down even harder as it must just click, right? No, this makes the splay worse. And at this point the refilled soap is everywhere except inside the unit.It took me a while to realise the problem, but to fix it you have to pinch the 2 tabs inwards GENTLY and it then clips back in as intended. If these 2 tabs had originally been given a slight inward bias then this would not happen.I can see them snapping after a few months of use……

love joseph joseph bathroom bits:)
I think the only thing i didnt like was the whole push down top, you need to get the nack to pushing it,. Because of the big push down thing, it must be pushed towards the back of it, which is a little bit annoying, and my kids cant really do it, also it dripped the first few times i used it, which it says non drip, but again once you get the nack of of it its fine,Its so compact, looks really small but Its hold 350ml, which is bigger than a normal carex 250 bottle, but does not look it, Also i love the bit on the back to show the fill level,Im pleased with this . A little bit pricey, but im happy

Unreliable and poor design.
The pump mechanism failed after less than a month. Terrible design. You can’t refit the tube that connects the pump to the soap outlet.
