Le Creuset Petite Salt and Pepper Mill Set, 5" x 2" each, Marseille

They are honestly adorable. I match them will the Le Creuset in the kitchen and it’s beautiful.

Color is perfect and it matches my Marseille cookware beautifully. Unfortunately when it says it’s a “ceramic grinder” they literally mean only the grinder. The body of the mill is entirely plastic. Feels a little cheap in your hands. For the price, I expected better.

I thought these are ceramic or stoneware, but are made of cheap plastic.

This is a shower gift so I haven’t used them myself. Having said this they are beautiful and the price on Amazon was so reasonable compared to other sites.

I like larger chunks of salt, and this pulverized the salt to a powder, then it dribbles powder out after being set down so you have salt powder in a wee pile on the table. The adjuster knob doesn't work to make the salt not broken down into individual molecules, so that's a bummer. I will say they are pretty, though not really worth the money.

They are plastic trash! Since it was Le Creuset and expensive for small mills I assumed these devices would be nice.They are light weight and feel like they are going to break in your hand. I was expecting a cool cast housing or really anything more solid that plastic. They look cheep and feel cheap. The color isn't right.

Plastic! Yes, it does say that far down in the description . They look good—I have several other Le Creuset items in this same color—but they feel like cheap plastic (because they are). Disappointing.

Cheap plastic! A bad look for le crueset and not at all up to their usual standard. They put no craftsmanship into these and anyone who keeps them only cares about the label and not the quality.
