Sturdy but hard to build
The media could not be loaded. Package came in pieces !!! Took me forever to build. But they are holding on pretty well . For the price I’m happy with my purchase .

Item is damage
All the screws came already screwed. We tried taking them off but it's not coming off.

We have not use the set. From the package looks great. The truth in October.

No instructions to assemble at all
Hard to put together , I wouldn’t recommend it .

Lid setup screws are too short
The length of the lid handle screws are too short, and vender has not responded.

Mostly easy to put together, I did have some issues with screws not wanting to go into the predrilled holes but once I did get them in everything went smoothly. Make sure you check the water level in these often. I apparently either didn't have enough or something in one of mine and some food scorched directly over the heating flame and I am having a very hard time getting it out without scratching the bowl.

No Instructions to Install! Comes in over 20 pieces!!!!
Terrible. The item is completely disassembled and bags of screws and brackets, legs and handles are there for you to figure out out to put together. JUNK!!!!!
