These plates are beautiful and are just as described by the seller. They arrived in good time, were extremely well packaged and look great. The seller had contacted me this morning to say that if I had any issues of problems with the items when they were delivered to contact them. I have absolutely no need to do this but think this is excellent customer service. The plates are microwave and dishwasher proof and are good value for money. They are quite heavy and are therefore sturdy. Whether they are chip resistant I am unable to comment except to say, what dishes aren’t. Thank you

Quality, colour and vibrancy make dining extra special. Also the price is very affordable. However i wish vancasso used Amazon courier rather than dpd. The order was left with a neighbour doors away ( but i was home as i am housebound) and a sign on my door asks people to wait as I'm disabled, though its not like I take weeks to respond, Amazon wait for me to answer. It took many days before my parcel was finally retrieved i was getting very worried when I couldn't get a response from address my order was delivered too. A little patience for elderly/disabled answering the door would be invaluable. Honestly, Amazon cannot be beaten on deliveries, and if I knew before order completion that Amazon were not to be the courier I would cancel my orders as the other deliverers are usually worse than bad and unreliable. Anyway, on a positive note Vancasso get my vote i am delighted with my purchases from them.

These plates are lovely, great patterns, robust and easy to wash porcelain. Very happy with my purchase, they make a stylish addition to my tableware.

Beautiful plates, maybe a bit much for some peeps, but I think they are great. Ovenproof, dishwasher proof, microwave proof. Great price too.

These are beautiful plates with amazing colours and patterns. I got many compliments.The only reason why I don't give them 5* is because I saw the same plates in Spain at a fraction of the price. As usual, I find everything in the UK much, much more expensive. I love my plates!
