I love this combined with other supplements. I feel like it actually does give me energy before the gym and help helps me burn fat. The pills are pretty big so if you have trouble swallowing, you might want to crack them in half.

These are some big "horse" pills as some would say. Very large pill but it is just one per serving instead of say three or four smaller ones. I can swallow pills either way, never had a problem however there is a difference between dry swallowing a horse pill like this versus a few smaller ones, this one pill is fairly tougher to swallow without adequate liquids to drink whereas a few smaller pills or capsules would be easier for me but I usually can find a drink so this is not a problem. There is a spot on the ratings asking about "Flavor", I gave a 3 because I don't even taste a flavor so it's not necessarily a good flavor but also I'm not burping up a gross taste for the next few hours like with some fish oil products so hence a 3/5 on flavor as well as "Easy To Swallow" but all in all I gave a 4/5 stars because I do seem to notice just the slightest boost in my energy levels and even a 5% increase in output is a huge difference, I'm happy with them, good amount per bottle.

Not right (To Me) to review vitamins/ nutrients that I may like or may work well for me. We each should know what we need, what works for ourselves.

These are fairly large, apparently vegan, "caplet" style pills, they go down like the many others like them, though given the size, if you have trouble with large pills, these might present a challenge. They're also a bit longer and more tapered than the image in the listing shows. There's nothing particularly special about presentation here.I've been taking L-Carnatine for a couple months now, and, taking into account that I'm no expert, I can't say that I really see an effect. My energy levels have remained pretty much unchanged, I see no particular benefit to recovery after workouts, and the scale has stayed on pretty much the same trajectory.I recognize that supplements like this affect different people differently. For me, these are just a no-go, I'm afraid.
