ive tried 5 different companies on amazon for creatine this is by far the best considering the cost.its cheap, doesnt have a flavour, doesnt go bad like some other brands (Bulk) and develop a fishy scent, it desolves well, increases my water retention, i take around 10-15g a day since im larger (yes this is completely safe even though the recommended dose is 5g but thats the minimum for a smaller person), there is a noticeable increase in sharpness and memory recall on days i had poor sleep compared to when i dont take creatine, and the packaging - specifically the seal to close the packaging is unique and a lot better than literally every other creatine packaging ive ever used.

Good value. Bag is abit tricky to keep closed, the re-seal mechanism isn't the best and its a very fine powder so can make a mess, but seems like a good quality creatine and mixes better than others I've tried.

Used a fair few types but this one is actually good , no taste but if you want to add it to say orange squash just to make it easier to drink then go for it , mixes extremely well but does settle to the bottom if left . For the price tho it’s great and you do get a scoop inside the bag so two of them gets you the 5mg

An essential and safe dietary supplement. Easy to consume with plenty of water. The powder dissolves enough to smooth out the gritty texture thanks to the tiny particle size. It is well tolerated. Does not provide me with a noticeable energy boost or pain relief but does enhance hypertrophy during bukking phases of my training plan. Great value for money. Highly recommended

I never leave reveiws but I feel an obligation to as this product is so good. Cheapest I could find and on top of the it had no taste like it says and iv never had creatine as smooth and easy to take as this so 11/10 would recommend and would buy again.

Very, very fine powder, dissolves really quickly, no residue. The annoying things are that the bag is difficult to reseal (if you don't reseal it well, it'll go coarse and lumpy), and all the power sticks to the scoop (and you need two scoops), meaning you end up with dodgy looking white powder on the worktops every morning.
