I love using these. They do not take up a lot of space and they are perfect for gaining grip strength. I like the metal design so I do not use the hand cushions that come with them. Great for the price and a good variety of strength amounts.

These are exactly what I wanted and work well; the only downside to them is that the foam grips tend to slide off the metal trainer during use. Still an overall good product and great value for the cost. Would buy again.

It’s been 1 month training with these and I see my forearms getting more vascular, more muscular, and my grip strength has improved significantly.Definitely would recommend getting.
