I bought this pillow for my dad who suffers from pain in his knees and it has been very helpful to him. He says that it is very soft that he had a hard time adapting but little by little he has been adapting and he says that he feels the difference that he hardly complains about his pain in his knees anymore I liked this pillow it has given my dad comfort to sleep

It’s very well made and the covering case being washable is good. I like the shape.However, as a smaller person, it’s too big for me to use comfortably. I particularly found it hard to use at night under the covers, which is why I bought it. I instead reverted to a throw pillow I already had. I would suggest trying this before purchasing this pillow.Perhaps they could make a slimmer version of this.

I have slept with a pillow between my knees for as long as I can remember. This pillow is perfect because it doesn’t go flat like regular pillows and it has the strap to hold it in place. I can already feel a difference with my body alignment. I also love the idea of being able to remove the cover with the zipper to wash it. Side sleeper must have.

I'm a tosser and a turner so this pillow wasn't ideal for my sleeping habits. It did give nice relief to my knees when I stayed still, but when I would turn over--I had great difficulty keeping it in place. As a result, I returned it.

The pillow is very comfortable. The memory foam is firm and doesn’t flatten with use. The adjustable strap helps keep it in place all night. It has really helped me with leg pain while sleeping on my side.If you're pregnant, it’s a great support to keep a comfortable position without putting pressure on your hips. Great purchase.

It has been a great relief for my knee pain , align my spine and help my sciatica , I use it between my knees and it reduce the pressure in my lower back and my hips , the foam is firm but not too hard it helps me to sleep much better !
