Worst product to buy.. Doesn't even deserve the least rating
The worst product and an even worse excuse for a customer care center. The wheel stopped working just 10 days after we received it — completely unacceptable for a so-called “new” item. Despite having a 6-month warranty, the customer service is utterly useless — zero response, no accountability, and no resolution.We haven’t been able to use it post 10 days of arrival, and my kids are left disappointed because of this pathetic product and disgraceful service. Total waste of money and time. Avoid this company at all costs!If anyone knows where to get it repaired, pls help me
