Quality little radio with everything and decent battery!
I have a pretty much full milwaukee kit but wanted a compact radio. Looked at obv milwaukee as I had both m12 and m18 battery's. I searched a bit harder as nothing ticked all the boxes and read loads of reviews for loads of different kit and decided to try this.. it has bluetooth, aux input, dab, fm a decent sound which will surprise you at how far away you can hear this + a built in rechargeable battery that will last you a couple of days on pretty much full volume. It's compact in size has a simple operation and a decent display which back-lit. This isn't the fastest at charging but not the worst either and that is the only critical thing I'm pushed to say. Worth the money and hard pushed to find something better that's compact and lite. Won't look out of place neither amongst milwaukee stuff.

Affordable digital radio that seems sturdy, has decent volume and is very portable
In terms of ease of use, I found it very easy to tune into FM and DAB radio. It was as simple as turning the radio on, selecting FM mode using the MODE button and pressing the scan button to go through the different frequencies until a station was found. When in digital radio mode, you can also use the previous and next buttons to scan through different digital channelsThe included instruction manual is very helpful and simple to follow. It also has the technical specifications of the radio, such as the frequency range it can be tuned to, and type of Bluetooth mode available, which is Bluetooth 4.1Connecting to the radio via bluetooth is very simple. You simply hit the MODE button until you reach the bluetooth screen which also plays an audible beep to let you know you're in bluetooth pairing mode. Pairing was done within a few seconds on my Samsung Galaxy and playing music from Tidal was straightforward. I also tried the AUX function which is as simple as plugging in a 3.5mm cable from my phone to the AUX port on the back of the radio and then selecting the AUX mode, which is good for situations where you prefer being wired.I found the battery life to be very good. It arrived on 72% charge and after leaving digital radio running for over 5 hours, the battery had only dropped 16% so for my usage, I would get around 30 hours of use with the volume at around 60% which is good. This was over BluetoothThe radio is very compact, light and easy to move around. The shape makes it very portable as some digital radios are long, thin and unwieldy to carry. The material feels very durable and I'd feel very confident travelling around with it. I'd happily use this radio on a construction site or in the garden or beach as it looks built to last.

Great DAB Radio & Bluetooth Streamer for use Indoors and Outdoors
This is a great gadget, packing a lot of features into a compact, rugged case and ready for use anywhere. We bought one for use in the garden, camping and around the house, and it has been very impressive so far. It's very straightforward to use, with all functions easy to find and use. It wasn't affected by the odd rain shower that summer camping in the UK provides either. The DAB radio sounds clear and strong, while the Bluetooth streaming worked easily with our iPhones, allowing a variety of music to be played through it.Most impressive of all was the battery life, which we managed to get approx. 40hrs of use before requiring recharging. Brilliant for camping trips or festivals. It's also compact enough to be easily portable whilst not impacting on the sound quality it can produce.Overall, a really solid unit that feels sturdy and reliable, and definitely worth the money we paid. Looking forward to many hours of music everywhere we go!

DigiFunk Radio
Re DigiFunk radioEase of use.Set up was a breeze, no problem and easy to understand. The only thing I haven’t used is the AUX feature. I don’t really see the need in this day and age. I don’t own anything I could plug in to this radio.Performance.DAB is pretty seamless to set up and use. I am using the Ariel that came attached, have seen no need to attach the hi gain antenna. I have tried the FM, it seems to work fine, but with the quality of the DAB found little use for FM.Bluetooth set up was again seamless. Connects up quickly using my iPhone and hasn’t dropped connection but have only used this for around an hour.Battery.I used the enclosed charger and usb plug. Charged for around 3 hours. Battery is at 97% after approximately 4 hours use.Form and finish.Overall a pretty neat looking unit, the black and white work well together. The carry handle I like, it seems very sturdy and unlikely to break while Carrying the unit. I wouldn’t like to drop my new radio but it looks like it could withstand a low level fall.Comparison.I was using a RayCon Boombox. The Raycon is much louder than the DigiFunk. But on the plus side the RayCon has no DAB, and no display so you have no idea which station you are tuned to, also no station presets.General Marketing. I was looking for:Site radioDABWaterproofRechargeableInternet radio. What would I like to see improved? The display could maybe be bigger, it’s pretty clear but it would be nice to have more room for display of Artist/song whilst in DAB mode.More volume please, it’s pretty good for such a small unit but I would prefer to carry a larger one if it meant more volume. While using at home the volume is excellent but at work in a noisy environment it can be difficult to hear.A choice of colours, white is not ideal for a dirty environment.Internet radio. With the improvement of internet signals around the country, there isn’t many places you can’t get an internet signal, I was ideally looking for an internet radio.More presets. I scanned the available DAB stations and found around 90 stations, with only 4 presets available it’s a little disappointing.Overall I am very pleased with this radio, I have used it at work and at home. I am considering buying a second one for home, but with the size of this radio it’s pretty easy to just bring to and from work as it fits in my work rucksack no problem.
