Indoor Outdoor Thermometer Wireless, 4.5 Inch Display Digital Hygrometer Thermometer Temperature Humidity Monitor with 330ft Range Sensor and Adjustable Backlight

Bought this set, (base with 3 sensors) a few months ago. Setup and pairing was a no-brainer. Once completed, I initially placed the base and sensors together right next to my home thermostat for the first day to check performance. I was really impressed, surprised even, by how accurate and consistent the readings were across all devices. Humidity readings were within 2% of each other, and temp readings within 0.4 degrees. I use the included USB cable for the base’s power, and batteries just for the remote sensors. If I think of it, I may pop in later to report how long the batteries last, but for now it’s at least +3 months with Duracells.As of Dec. ‘24, price/performance/function is excellent. The only “con” I’ve observed is the base’s display backlighting. It has hi/low/off settings, but the display is too dark, virtually unreadable in the off position, even in daytime, but the low setting is sufficient for both day/night visibility. Not an issue if running on USB power, but may be a draining issue for those using batteries to power their base unit.I was impressed enough that I just ordered another identical set to monitor my garage, attics and crawl space too, and thought I’d drop a quick review in the process.

Works well and appears to be accurate (within about one degree). We like the ease of the setup and the simplicity of the readout. And we're especially pleased with their customer service. After about six months, one of the outdoor sensors stopped working — probably because we'd put it in a spot where it got rained on all winter long! We contacted the company and they wrote back and, after just a couple of questions, they sent us a replacement sensor right away, even though it was likely our own fault! Definitely recommend this product and company. Thank you!

Just what I was looking for! I use one of the sensors outside and the other two in our lower level bedrooms so I can monitor them to balance the heating when we have visitors. The temperatures seem very accurate. Make sure to put any outdoor sensors in a shaded, covered spot. For us that's on the north side under the overhand of the roof. That gives us the most accurate and consistent reading. Display screen is very nice, we use it on the medium setting and it's still plenty bright.

Everything works great, super simple to set up. Just put batteries and everything and turn it on and you're ready to go. All three sensors read within .2 degrees of each other which is amazing considering the low cost of this item. The temperature readings seem pretty accurate compared to a few other items I have that read temperatures such as my Nest thermostat and my temperature gun. The indoor temperature is also very accurate compared to my thermostat. The humidity readings seem accurate compared to the weather app on my phone and my Nest thermostat in the house. Since I use my garage for food storage I have one of the sensors out there and it has no problem with signal with the main unit which is about 30 ft away through a steel door and a interior wall. One of the sensors is in my backyard and the other is on my front porch and they also have no problem with signal connection. The only reason for four stars instead of five is the off-axis viewing angle of the display is not good. I have it on a shelf and if I'm sitting on my couch which is about 2 ft lower than the shelf which is about 6 ft away it's almost impossible to read the display as it's very washed out at that angle. But the display is bright on its brightest setting and still readable on the lower setting. The fact that it plugs in to any USB power source is very convenient also. The display is easily readable from 10 to 15 ft away as long as you're not at too much of an angle. Overall I'm pretty happy with this for the price I paid. It's just a simple temperature/humidity sensor which is all I really wanted. The little arrows showing the trims are there, but I don't use them or even pay attention to them so I really can't comment on those. If you're looking for something simple like this that just works and is priced very well, I would recommend it to anyone.
