Love! I take either 1 or 2 capsules each evening around 9pm and I sleep amazing—absolutely zero sleep disruptions throughout the night. I will say if you take it too late, you may feel groggy the next morning. I did try taking one around lunch as directed and felt tired for the rest of the day so I’m not sure how people handle that! I’m sure everyone is different. For me, taking 2 capsules in the early evening worked wonderfully!

This product Keeps me functioning properly. At first I would take this with other vitamins during my first meal ( breakfast mid morning, and my body functions perfectly. I felt great…then I turned a year older 66 yrs old, and a horrible apt heater reaction in the winter …so I started taking this vitamin before sleep and not only do I enjoy sleep, but I wake up perfectly, I drink big gulps of water first thing…then I go to the bathroom (Urinate & normal poop). Then start the rest of my day.Yes I’ve heard about the different types of magnesium. However This Magnesium is perfect for me!!! My Brain and body functions properly and I eat properly (nuts. Fruits, veggies, salmon etc). I love this product
