Honestly can not fault this company, if you want to protect your home hiseeu is the way to do it, i have these cameras set up around my home and Honestly they do exactly as expected, the cameras come with great features aswell like a security light and colour night vision, as well as infrared, they are extremely customisable too satisfy your every need, the customer service is phenomenal aswell, i will be buying again.

Great camera system been using for a while. Easy to set up and install. The customer service is helpful and friendly. The cameras are clear and haven't failed. Overall I'm very happy with my decision on this purchase so much so that we ordered two of them.

The media could not be loaded. I didn't want to want give this review but with regret i have to.This system only worked for 5 days and then stopped recording and the message on screen i got no storage device found , and alll th e playback recording for the first 5 days missing, i contacted the technical support which was and explained my issue after the my amazon purchase ch3cked he sent me the HDD and asked me to change it ,which i did then it start recording again but after 2 days again stopped recording and whenni un plugged and re plugged again it start recording again, then it start happening often sone times twice a day, i again contected technical support and they swnt me the new power cable, but it keep on doing that any time of the of the day or night it will just stopped recording and all.the play back recording deleted.You will only noticed that it us not recording when on the NVR only blue and red lights are on but no green light (Rec) light , if you check the NVR you will not noticed, or when you start getting the still picture notice on you your mobile rather then 30 sec video.Anyways i contacted again the technical support and explained that i am having rhe same issue but it is nearly 10 days they even didn't respond. You can see on the whatsapp that they have recived the message but didn't bother to respond.Than i tried to get the cloud space but £50 it is for 1 camera only i have 4 cameras.Now the issue is my NVR stopped recording anytime without you lnowing which diminshed the whole purpose to have CCTV installed for the security purpose because if it can stopped in night while you are sleeping or you are not at home and something happens and it is not recorded because it stopped recording.It is the worst system i had and the technical support which was very helpful at start but then completely ignored the issue and didn't even respond.It is a waste of money.I have all the whatsapp conversation record with the technical support.

Hiseeu 10 Channels+ 4 P&T solar cameras+1TB HDD+10" monitorHD video pictures very good, both day and night. The built in batteries are working well and staying charged despite the dull weather. Works straight out of the box, easy to set up. HDMI to connect to a larger monitor.Big problem is the mounting brackets, they are very difficult to use, trying to put in the 3mm x 6mm camera securing screws in while up a ladder is nearly impossible, 4 hands needed, one to hold onto the ladder, 1 to hold the screws, 1 to hold the camera in place and1 for the screwdriver ! The screws are stainless so do not stick to a magnetic screw driver bit.Other camera makes just clip into their securing brackets, these could also be made just as simple. Manufacturer please take note.

I bought this camera system to replace my old one i read all the reviews before my purchase and they all seem to be very good I was looking for a long range wireless system because of the position in my property I have had the hiseeu system for a while now and I am very impressed with it the cameras are very clear even at night I have mine on 24 7 and it records no problem it connected to my WiFi very quickly play back is great hiseeu customer service is very helpful and quick to respond I would recommend hiseeu cameras to anyone
