I initially opted for the audiobook, as it suited my busy lifestyle. However, after completing it, I find myself compelled to purchase the print version. I want to write notes and experience the depth that sometimes only a tangible book can give.This book has a lot to offer. I especially liked Part 3 about "Attending to Your Energy." Through RJ's teachings, I've come to appreciate the intrinsic value of our energy, and I see how important our energy is. We should use it the right way to get the quality of life we deserve. After reading, I think carefully more about where I focus my energy every day.RJ's statement that we literally "Pay Attention" is profoundly true. We indeed "pay" with our finite energy every time we "attend" to something. Given the scarcity of this resource, it's very important to direct our focus only toward what truly matters to us.A heartfelt thank you to RJ for these enlightening lessons. They strike a balance between depth and simplicity. These are concepts that everyone can integrate into their daily lives. It's time for us to be in charge of our energy and thoughts.For those who haven't gotten the audiobook, I strongly recommend getting it. Unlike the first book, "Supercharged Self-Healing", this audiobook is narrated by RJ himself. Listening to his voice adds a special touch, enhancing the experience compared to the first book's narration.

Often we have been ingrained to do the same thing over and over. It’s the way humans are. But can you really change your mind and the way you do things? The author not only says a resounding yes, he also provides you with exercises to help you get there.This includes a 14 day journaling exercise as part of the requiring process, so I will carve time out to dedicate myself to this and try it. Though I alway find reading through a book like this first a most helpful exercise before committing myself to the exercise, which is one of the ways I’m programmed right now.
