I've been taking this MSM for the past week [must admit I did skip a day or two] and so far I don't see spectacular changes, BUT nevertheless - I can't say it doesn't work! Perhaps it's far too early to make any bold statements. So far, I've noticed slight reduction in joint pain. Taste isn't bad in my opinion- I mix one tea spoon with glass of water [it dissolves completely] and taste is absolutely tolerable. It's a good quality product not sourced from China- in my case it was one of the conditions of purchase. I will increase daily dose [ one teaspoon is only about 3 grams ] and am hoping to see more improvements in overall condition of my body. I'd definitely recommend this product and seller :-)

Initially, start taking MSM in small quantities - approx. ½ tablespoon in a large glass of water. Then gradually increase the dose to approx. 1 - 2 tablespoons each day. If you find MSM bitter, mix with a juice instead of water.
