I wanted a bright tactical flashing for one hand operation while walking the dogs at night. This works great!👍

I am a sucker. Every time I spend a little extra on an item, I expect it to last. I had one of those TV "tactical" flashlights. When I really needed to see what creature was skulking around in my shed at midnight, I crept up; and turned the flashlight on only to have it dim into oblivion in two seconds. Earlier this year my next 'better' flashlight, a Fenix - ($65.) was dropped onto the floor at three feet. Now it just blinks, staring back at me like a dying animal.I bought this Wuben T1 after a few days of comparing it with four others. I wrote out the pros and cons of each side by side. Most of all I wanted a rugged light. I also made waterproof a must, real waterproof, not just kind of. (watch out!) I found the reviews to be useless, with comments like " WOW, it's bright! or "Ug, it gets hot in my hand". Go to utube.com. for good reviews. While I really wanted a zoom feature, I found all of the zooms to be wanting in other areas. This T1 made me forget about the zoom feature because the main focus of the beam is so center-weighted that it's all I need. A very impressive throw.Now, because I have only had this flashlight for a while, I can't vouch for its ruggedness or waterproofing. But I did have fun illuminating the woods behind my house for an hour or so. It comes with a strange long lanyard. You will need dexterity or a strong fingernail to get the really small ring through the little hole on the rear of the light. I opted to put on a smaller lanyard, the one from my poor dead Fenix. Man, I do hope that this torch is going to last.Its price came in $15 to $20 below my other candidates. This may be because the others had what looked to be a more sophisticated system for showing battery strength. However, when the power is gone it's gone, regardless. It seems to be a REAL tactical flashlight. Really rad looking or ugly, depending upon your sensibilities. If I drop it and it breaks you will be hearing from me!

Nice and bright and seems to be well built , will update on durability if it prematurely fails, depletes battery fast on high mode, the button is options are nice and having a usb c connection makes it easy to have a charging cable.

I liked this light so much that I ordered a 2nd flashlight for work. The 2nd flashlight arrived and a short time later it started malfunctioning. I contacted Wuben’s customer service and they responded in a very timely fashion. Once I explained the problem and sent them a video of the flashlight malfunctioning they immediately sent me a replacement flashlight. The new flashlight is working very well and I have not had any issues with the new flashlight. Wuben produces a very reliable and sturdy flashlight and their customer support is excellent. I would definitely recommend this flashlight to any of my friends.So the review above is what I initially wrote about my customer service interaction with Wuben regarding the flashlight I initially bought. I wrote the review because I received the “replacement” flashlight at my home while I was traveling. Upon getting home I opened up the package and was stunned when I found that the “replacement” flashlight they sent me was a used scratched up flashlight with no lightbulb! I’m not kidding! I contacted Wuben’s customer service again and now they’ve gone silent. So be careful when dealing with this company you might get a good quality product or a dud. The size is excellent. Fits my hand well and lights up amazingly well. Highly recommend. Buy this one.

The metal threads are high quality and are fun to twist on and off. The simple to use button is very complex and it takes time to learn.The lens is crystal clear.My favorite part is that you can set the light output to low and shut it off and when you turn it back on it's still on low.Overall it's really well built and has way more light output than most people will ever need.
