This is my first time trying an overnight oat product of any sort and I have to say I’m impressed. The ingredients are clean, protein content is great, it takes seconds to mix up and the flavor is honestly really good.I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk to reconstitute mine and it was plenty sweet.Now the texture may be an issue for some as it is definitely cold oatmeal. It’s not so much a “shake” like I expected, you can’t really drink it down per say.But It’s tasty, very filling and I felt very satisfied and had sustained energy.Would definitely recommend as a fast breakfast alternative to say Starbucks or fast food.Give it a try, I’m happy I did!

My taste buds are very picky. When I say something is good it is good. Taste like it says, very filling. Makes a great breakfast meal. My plan is to buy more.
