Great alternative to cpap.
Great alternative to cpap. I could not sleep with cpap, tried this and it works. I use Autosleep app which detects/records snoring, coughing, etc and when I use it I usually have zero minutes of snoring. I also am using invisalign and I buy another one about 2 more times while I'm on invisalign, it molds right over the aligners. Only downside is it makes you breathe through your mouth, mouth gets dry and I get phlegmy during the night.

Very uncomfortable, lots of drooling
I was hopeful when I ordered this product. I had hoped it would be the ideal travel device in lieu of more expensive ones. I followed the directions and fit it to my mouth. It felt tight but ok, not unlike mouth guards for martial arts like I had used before. My first night, I made it about two hours and took them out. While I don't think I was snoring, my jaw started to ache. The next night, I tried to keep them in longer. My lower jaw hurt even more and it felt like one of my teeth was more painful than the other. Then, on the third night, I woke up in a puddle of drool, jaw still hurting and I realized I had wasted $60. It didn't work for me and I don't think I'm going to try any further. Lesson learned. Also, I'll share two more things. The little arrow for orientation is damn near impossible to find in the dark and I wonder if the lack of a tongue brace like other brands is part of the problem. I wish I had better luck with it.

Not for me, but it could work for you.
Update: I did not expect this and I did not request for a refund. But the seller responded to my review and gave a refund on my purchase. As mentioned in my original review, this product wasn't for me. However, if the seller's 60 days money back guarantee is honored why wouldn't anyone give it a try. Apparently there are many who are satisfied with the product. Although it didn't work out for me, I would recommend anyone looking for snore solution to give this one a chance. I am changing my rate to a higher rate.I got this in the hopes to ditch my cpap machine. I tried to use it as much as I could. But I am dumping this product. I don't know if it helped me or not, cause I could not verify with anyone while I was a sleep. But this thing hurts my jaws so bad, I can't use it two days in a row. I guess in order to open my airway, it has to widen my jaws while I sleep. But jaw hurting is not bearable. Also, it keeps your mouth somewhat open, and you will end up drooling. Can't verify if that happens to all, but I can say it is messy. Don't know if I will ask for a money back, but I am not using this again.

Great customer service
This was the second mouth piece I had tried. The first one was too big. I ordered this one because it was advertised as a small fit. It was not much smaller than the first one I tried. The things I liked about this mouth piece was the fitting process was very easy. Once you make the mold the mouth piece is adjustable to bring your lower jaw more forward as you need it. This was nice because you weren’t trying to gage how much you should bring your lower jaw forward in the fitting process like the first one I bought. The customer service was very quick to respond to my inquiries. I did end up getting a refund because the mouth piece was still too big for my mouth. That said if I was to do it again I would start with this guard. There really is no risk in giving it a try.

Great for tiny mouths
I had purchased another brand, and although it helped a bit, the bite was off and was way too big for my mouth. I did more research and found VitalSleep Anti-Snoring Mouthpiece Women Size. Being an ex-dental assistant, I knew how to process it and make it fit perfectly. I have a very long, soft palette that requires surgery; however, the side effects from surgery and the fact it rarely works were not an option. My O2 stats during the day are around 96/97%; however, when sleeping it drops to 88/89%, and I snore like a grizzly bear in heat. I started using VitalSleep, and after a couple of days, my O2 during sleep is now 93%, and ZERO snoring, which makes hubby VERY happy. I finally feel rested.I also had an issue and reached out to VitaSleep, and their customer service was wonderful. I will most certainly keep doing business with them.

Beware — Size has increased a LOT
Beware — size change April 2025. They have changed the size since I last purchased in 2024... and it is MUCH too big (women's) ... I liked the previous version but this is like having a big wedge in your mouth

Good Concept, needs more size options
I have tried multiple devices and while this one isn't the worst, it is functional. However, it is definitely too large for my mouth. I appreciate that it is customizable for the bite, I wish there were different mout sizes as well. I waited too long trying to make it work for me or I would have returned it.

This is smaller than the standard one-size-fits-all
When forming this to your bite/mouth, you have to bite on the small ridge in the middle of the blue part, not closer to the white edge. Otherwise it won't work. This unit changed my life. It's even a little big for my smallish mouth, (so the one-sizers are way too huge for me). But it keeps me from not breathing while sleeping. I don't have the problem of it slipping out if I'm on my back, but I bought a cheap chin strap just in case. It is so worth it to not have to use a cpap machine, which I cannot comply with. My condition is mild, so I can't get the implant either. This has been the perfect solution for me. I'm also a person who grinds their teeth, but at this time I can't say how long this unit lasts, as I've only had it a little over a week.
