Grips the phone well and the ability to turn to use the phone in a wide aspect is very nice . i wish the button to release the phone was a little more accessible maybe on the back of the unit instead of the btm of the arm but over all a good bang for the buck and seems pretty solid grips the phone well and has lots of versatility with being able to rotate the phone however you want it. seems like a good cost effective product

Works pretty well but it doesn’t hold level. I placed my tripod on a perfectly level floor and installed this. My phone camera is showing it’s a hair off level. You can’t make micro adjustments with this mount so I had to adjust the legs on my tripod to get the perfect frame.It screws onto my tripod very easily and tights nicely. It does rotate but for me I don’t need that being my tripod does that for me. I will point out, if you place your phone in vertically to record and want to plug anything into the phone, you have to place the phone high in the mount making it less stable and more prone to shaking. There just not a lot of room at the bottom of the mount for usb connections. Overall this will do what I need it to do but it’s got its drawbacks so for that I can’t give this 5 stars

Construction and build is simple but seems rugged. Should work for my use, though I am not going to be using it daily. Nice to have something that will hold my phone on multiple platforms.

This item isn't super heavy duty or anything, but it is exactly what you need! And the price is Right! Will definitely hold today's extra large phones.

This mount exceeded my expectations. It locks my phone in securely, even with a case on, and the cold shoe is a great bonus for lights or mics. I’ve used it on both a regular tripod and a gimbal setup with no issues. Feels professional without being bulky—perfect if you're filming or photographing with your phone.

It’s made really poorly. There’s a trigger on the side to make the holder larger or smaller. It uses teeth and doesn’t lock properly onto the phone. This will not work for any phone. It was a waste of money, I have to use Velcro just to make it hold.
