Defective products even after replacement
I got a replacement two weeks after buying this product. The issue was the same with the second one.The machine is defective and doesn’t make the sound as in the video from their website, and barely make any bubble when pulling the handle. You can try 10 times to get a tiny few bubble, as it seems the handle doesn’t connect very well. This was the case with two new C02 canister so it is not a problem of replacing the canister.Quite disappointed as the price and reviews indicated a high quality sparkling water maker - which is why I assumed it was just a one-off issue and asked for a replacement in the first place. I am returning it.

All show no substance
This is supposed to be a carbonator - a rather expensive carbonator. If you want to carbonate your water and use it within 30 minutes, fine. This expensive carbonator will work. If you want to carbonate water, put it in the fridge and return say an hour later - you soon find it's either flat, or going flat. This is all style over functionality. I depressed the arm three times to get more carbonation and its the same each time. I've read the manual, watched the videos. I'm operating it correctly. Given the price of the carbonator, the bottles and the co2 I'd urge anyone to think again. This is nothing short of a costly indulgence.
