My go to for quality and reliability

I prefer the liquid supplements as opposed to pills and capsules and happy with this liposomal zinc.It comes in a dark plastic bottle, 250ml, and it needs to be kept in the fridge after opening and consumed within 3 month.There is 7.5mg of zinc in 5ml. I take zinc mainly for keeping the skin clear, but its great as an immune booster combined with the vitamin C. So I get lemon juice water in the morning and follow with this.The flavour kiwi and strawberry is not recognisable much but it doesn’t have that strange oily taste as some other liposomal products have. It has mild sweetness (xylitol is a sweetener), and contains natural morello cherry and kiwi flavouring. I can detect only an undertone of some distinct flavour which feels pleasant, so I enjoy taking it.The measuring cup which came on the top of the lid is plastic and huge since the daily dose is 5ml and the cup is 25ml. But it works. I will probably start to use the spoon so I don't have to keep washing the cup.It is a good quality product (ingredients list makes me happy) and the price corresponds. There is 50 doses.

Started taking this along with my vitamin D3 tablet as it is supposed to bind to it and increase effectivenessWouldn't say it tasted particularly fruity but as it's only 5ml daily who early cares as long as it does what it's meant to. Will see how it goes , does need refrigeration after opening.

I used to take zinc citrate pills to speed up my sluggish metabolism, but they were dry, hard to swallow and would make me nauseous if I took it on an empty stomach. This is so much easier to take, with no side effects, my skins started to clear up and I'm far less greasy. Another benefit I experienced is reduced anxiety.

It’s great that this is a clearly marked vegan product. If you stick to the recommended dosage of a 5ml daily serving this will last you 50 days. This works out quite good value for money. It definitely does taste best chilled. I’m not sure about the cherry and kiwi flavour - it certainly tastes sweet and quite pleasant, I just don’t particularly recognise those particular fruity flavours! You have 3 months to consume when opened but at 50 servings that shouldn’t be a problem. Overall I’m a fan.
