Comfortable and functional
This belt is well made, very comfortable and does what I expected it to do.My only issue with this belt came after about 6 weeks of almost constant use. The large velcro attachment was starting to weaken and bend as it gets rubbed backwards by the movement of the body and clothing. The velcro then starts to be less "sticky" and less effective. However, this issue was easily solved by reinforcing this section with 2 pieces of flexible plastic or rubber making sure allow it to still curve around the body. Now that this section has been stiffened the velcro never bends backwards and stay firmly in place. This should be part of the design and I am sure that it is the same issue on other brands. At around £30 per belt it is not cost effective to replace them every few months.Initially I bought a small but later bought a medium. I find the medium much more versatile with regards to adjustment options and comfort. Essentially the small and medium are the same basic design but with a longer main strap.I wear a belt all day and evening except for sleeping. In combination with careful lower abdominal exercises I am aiming to avoid surgery. I also use an electronic device that triggers muscles in order to strengthen them (without doing the potentially damaging exercises such as sit ups and crunches). These devices are easily found on Amazon.I also follow a youtube channel which I will highly recommend: My Natural Hernia Cure. This is produced by a young, athletic guy who reversed his inguinal hernia without surgery.

Effective and helped keep me active
I had a double hernia and wore this for months before my operation, I am slim and active. It enabled me to be more active and I am sure that it helped to prevent the hernia enlarging even more. Just having straps going under the crotch would not apply sufficient pressure so the foam pads it provides enable the straps to push into the groin in a useful way. I bought boxer short underwear to go with this as the straps did chafe a bit when worn with briefs. My only complaint was lack of instruction on how to attach the velcro but a bit of experimentation provided good solutions. The velcro is micro so it is thin and does not have big pads of hooks.

You need to take them off to have a pee that’s a pain in the bum.
They are used to hold my hernias in, until I have surgery and they are easy to put on and adjust.

Best value and comfort
It’s not a miracle but might give you guys a little bit of support. All Hernia belts feel uncomfortable after months to years of use but this one seems to stay in place well and slightly more discreet than others. The Velcro areas can get misshapen through the stress of movement.. you could probably iron them back in place. But hernias just suck in general so just try some things out see what works best for you..

Great, fit for purpose
Recently diagnosed with an inguinal hernia so bought this to help support during exercise, seems to work well - but don't put it on too tight, or it'll quickly become uncomfortable.
