Very spendy - but the real deal: fantastic!
I bake French sourdough bread, and want a crispy crust - you need a dutch oven for that.I know many other brands are out there - but Creuset is just the best. The inside is nicely finished, I only ever rinse it and immediately dry it. The enamel outside holds up beautifully. These things are designed not only for a lifetime, but for generations. Really great. You get what you pay for.

Bought a used one and only on slight imperfection. For almost $100 off well worth it
I kept watching and notice a return almost $100 off. It was barely imperfect. It is a breeze to clean and use. It’s made my sourdough so much better.

This was a gift to my niece's husband, and he loves it. Bakes bread almost every day. I got him the black one which looks so perfectly rustic in his kitchen.

Awesome product.
I was using a lodge cast iron Dutch oven and using it upside down. It was so heavy and a lot of effort and took a bit to get situated so my oven lost so much heat. But this pan is awesome. I can easily remove the lid and let the bread continue cooking without losing so much oven heat. Real game changer. Quite pricey but worth it.
