Great product and easy to swallow

Helps my sleep and good packaging and delivery . Would recommend . I have seen a reduction in brain fog as well - no proof it’s caused by this but something has helped !

5* because the product is clearly potent.I took this to aid sleep, but it resulted in my sleep becoming broken with intense vivid dreams. I also felt hot and thirsty. Tried it again the next night - same result. Tried it in the morning instead and felt a bit spaced out all day. Not trying it again.I'd recommend reading about side effects on Reddit before trying this stuff - it seems a lot of people have similar problems, and some other really bad and long lasting ones.

Did absolutely nothing for me.

These are absolutely fantastic, I’m completely chilled feel really really well. My mind finally feels like my own, they really keep you zen and I sleep so well too. Seriously well worth a try!!! I went on holiday for a week and forgot to take them and I really felt the difference, I must confess I take two as one didn’t really do anything but I was on medication from the doctors and didn’t like the altered personality. These however are a game changer.
