My GBA SP comes back to life so far works great it's new, so needs to keep charging for a better development but its excellent...!!!

Being a retro gamer I have two GBA 101's I re-skinned myself and still enjoy classics that were released for this system, including those being re-released for the Nintendo Switch. I prefer playing on original hardware but was dissapointed to find I had left the batteries inside my consoles when I boxed them up, and when I went back to try and play my games again they wouldn't hold a charge. Happy to say these are holding up well and still on my first charge playing Final Fantasy Dawn of Souls and Minish Cap. Easy to install they come equipped with a tiny screwdriver so no need to hunt and peck for one in your junk drawer. Keep the gaming spirit alive and change your batteries.

I have learned on price range on things that your not sure...shoot for the middle, and I'm never disappointed on Amazon, rarely. Works, recharges been going good for close to 4 months now.

Works great and if you've still got an old SP kicking around you should probably take a standard Phillips head driver and check to see if the battery is swelling. It's so easy to change and is something you should probably do for the safety of yourself and your collection.

The battery is a good price and works well. My old console hasn’t turned on in ages and I was worried it was done for good, but someone suggested replacing the battery and I figured it was worth a shot. I’m very happy that this battery was able to give new life to my old Gameboy. It came without the screwdriver though, which was kind of inconvenient since I had to go out and find one small enough, so I’m knocking off a star for false advertisement. Still, I’m happy with the battery itself and it was worth the buy either way.

I didn’t even have to charge it. It worked straight out the package. I used a little screwdriver that came with it, which perfectly unscrewed the back of my GBAXP swapped out the batteries screwed it back in hit the power button and it worked perfectly.

Before buying the battery, I noticed my gameboy advance sp would die after playing for 10-30 minutes, even after charging it for hours. Found this battery on here and arrived today, put it right in and played my gb for 3hr 3min before it finally died so I'm very happy with my purchase!
