Really good but taste terrible

My delivery was on time, as promised - sealed & full. It takes getting used to. The taste is awful & you may fight your gag reflex, but if you can keep it down, I haven't found a more effective multi-vit in a long time. I feel wonderful. I have Crohns w/ malabsorption, so iykyk. The only way I've found to get it down is to immediately chase it with soda. That may feel counter intuitive, but it's the only way I won't throw up immediately 🤷‍♀️ &That's the only way that 100% masks the taste & washes it out of your mouth & throat bc it is thick. It will hang around if you try water or juice. It's definitely worth it, though!! I would've gave 5 stars but for the taste...

The taste of this was so terrible that I cannot stomach it and threw away the bottle. I tried to mix it in flavorful juice for the second dose but it didn’t hide the flavor at all. I would not buy this again.

Easy to take and no weird “vitamin” aftertaste.

I’ve been using Mary Ruth vitamins for about a year. I normally use the multivitamin liposomal with biotin in the peach flavor but decided to try the liposomal multivitamin without biotin and good lord, the vanilla peach flavor is atrocious. I can normally handle gross tasting vitamins but this is unearthly. I don’t know how it passed any taste test (if there was one- bc there’s no way there was). Not worth it by ANY means. Do not buy a Mary Ruth vitamin in this flavor. You WILL regret it.BUT I DO highly highly recommend Mary Ruth vitamins- just not this flavor. Yuck.

As everyone says, the taste is god awful!!!! I had bariatric surgery and these vitamins are so easy on my stomach and great for absorption!! I haven’t been healthier since being on this vitamin! and my hair looks amazing!Just have a chaser for the taste.

I love all Mary Ruth products and I have been using her supplements for over 7 years now. I'm am very impressed with the quality of her products. I had hair loss years ago and I can't thank enough that her supplements really helped me to have my hair back. This product is amazing for women, it helps in every aspect of my health. I feel more energy, it is great flavor and I know I am taking something that is natural.

The product was a little beat up. Not happy about that. But I need it so bad now that I don't want to send it back. My hot flashes & tiredness have came back since running out. I will never let this product run out again. It's seriously some awesome stuff! I mix it with a little apple juice to help with the fishy taste.
