Perfect, really helped with my fibromyalgia / chronic neck/ shoulder/back pain. Lovely and soft yet supportive. Unlike those horrible hard memory foam pillows which i was dreading. This is a dream to sleep on. Also functions well in car armchair to help with my and my mothers back & lower back/coccyx pain. Hence got her one too. Great buy and highly recommend especially for elderly in arm chairs. Definately improved sleep.

I have had neck and shoulders pain due to arthritis for 3years, have spent pounds on ointment s and other pillows with no results,the ither pillows I found too hard and so was desperate for a full nights sleep, at last I have found the best,it's soft to put your head on and fits comfortably found my neck but doesn't go flat ,first night I slept most of night but some with slight pain but after that I have slept through and each morning I wake the pain went and now I can even lift my arms to do my hair and dress without stiffness,feel like a new woman, very highly recommend

Great pillow, the shape seems to keep my head in a comfortable position, hugging my neck but contouring around my shoulders. I personally I would prefer it to be a little softer and would love a bit of a dip where my head nestles. It would also be good if it fitted a usual pillowcase, not really sure what the benefit of it being square is but all that aside, I am really happy with it. It is much more comfortable than my other pillows.

I have bought 5 of these memory foam pillows as they are the comfiest pillows ever. Ive even taken them all over the world with me as it helps me to sleep. I’ve bought them for family members who also love them. Unfortunately the last one I ordered is like a brick it’s soooo hard it’s impossible to use, it may be a one off but as they are not cheap I won’t be able to purchase any more as I feel I wasted the last £30, the pillow was meant for my mother as she has a bad neck but she couldn’t use it. I gave her mine and she loves it but I now don’t have one for myself.

Firstly this pillow is comfy, it wouldnt put me off that some seams had come undone as i can just sew them back up. My issue is that the minute i put my head on the pillow it kind of slid away as i dont have a headboard and my bed isnt against a wall.So next i put on a cotton pillowcase, didnt make much diference it just slid away slower. I may try brushed cotton pillowcase next time as they seem more grippy. But yeah this is only an issue if you have nothing for your pillow to be up against. I do think it is a little on the pricey side for what it is and similar cheaper butterfly pillows ive seen on here are probably the same quality maybe?

I have cervical spondylosis and having a flare up so needed a better pillow. I wake up pain & stiffness free with this comfy pillow. It's soft but supportive as most pillows I've tried are to firm & uncomfortable.

Contoured pillow that would be ok for back & side sleepers. The description says ok for front sleepers but I personally found it too firm for this and have had to go back to my old pillow

I literally never write reviews but people need to know that a comfortable memory foam pillow DOES exist and this is it. I have tried so many that are hard as bricks or have no support and your head gets lost in them. I am also tired of spending money on other pillows that are the right height for a month a then resemble a pancake. This pillow has great support for side sleeps but is cushiony soft too. I don’t front sleep so can’t comment on that but I love the shape which hugs my shoulders and supports my chin if I curl up in a ball. Pillows are personal but for me, this ticks every box 👍
