Good product and good customer service.
I Was looking for a for a compact CD player with Bluetooth capabilities so I could listen to my old CD collection with my earbuds or Bose speaker. This item has met those expectations.More important was the customer service I received from the company. My original item would not operate unless plugged in with the supplied power cord, as opposed to the rechargeable battery. The company immediately sent me a replacement and it is working perfectly.

Absolutely amazing. Love it so much
First off, audio quality is amazing. The over-the-ear headphones I was already using work flawlessly with this cd player. I believe they're a 3 ring 3.5mm plug. The bass and music is very clear, just depends on what type of music you are listening to! Hence the mode. The case and extra goodies were lovely as well. Buttons are great, especially with the tactile aspects on the play/pause button. Its lightweight while still feeling high quality, and is definitely worth the price. (PS, bts songs sound best on BBS or POP eq!)

Buen sonido y FM
Excelente reproductor, buen sonido y excelente recepción de Radio FM. Solo deben aclarar en las especificaciones que no tiene Radio AM, solo Radio FM. Pues es confusa la descripción cuando se indica “Radio FM/AM”. Por eso no le coloco 5 estrellas sino 4.

The only thing better than the device (sounds great, durable, easy to use - my 7 year old loves it) is the customer service! Thibaud and Stephan of customer service are incredibly helpful and thorough in their support of their customers!

I like it, but….
Was very happy with this item until after 2 months CD player will play first 9 or 10 songs on a CD then skip and act erratic. Tried a couple of CD’s to be sure. Only use for FM and recorded music now. Second one, first was returned because it would not record. Past return date.
