works great
heavy duty chain breaker but its not idiot proof my buddy still managed to break my smallest chain pin because hes a "tractor mechanic" when used properly cant go wrong with this one

Not for D.I.D. 532 Chains
The product clearly states that it will do 530 chains. The D.I.D. chain is 532. You can drill out the press plate to 1/4" and that will work. However the riveter will NOT properly flare the pins on a 532 chain master link. You WILL damage a 532 chain master link when attempting to flare the pins.

Great quality
Worked great and saved me from having to pay someone else to do a relatively easy job (assuming you have the right tool... Which this is). Chain is now on and the bike has been running great!

Good tool, worked well for me
I just did the drive chain on my 07 zx6r with this tool, it was a 520 chain. Tool worked really well. Good instructions with pictures that explain the different steps well. I broke my stock chain, and then installed a new chain w/ a rivet master link and it did each step of the process properly. The tool seems adequately strong to handle drive chains, I had no problem with mine.Overall I'm very happy with. Take the time and read the instructions, I was doing incorrectly at first with some difficult, once I started doing it correctly it was a breeze.
