Although the quality of the rusk was good, around 75% of the product was found to be broken. Adequate precautions should be taken so that the product reaches to the consumer in proper condition and not broken.

The rusks were not like the one purchased directly from bakery. Looks like another type of rusk but definitely not the original which they are claiming or branding in the name of OG Variar bakery.
