I find this royal blue backdrop much more effective than a green screen; the results are noticeably cleaner and more professional when the background is removed. Have to say I'm very pleased with the size of the background, weight of the fabric, consistency of the color and quality of the edge stitching.Out of the package it had some serious wrinkles but after tossing it in the dryer with a damp towel on the low temp cycle it came out virtually wrinkle-free. The curtain rod pocket would easily fit a 1/2" curtain rod and runs along the 10' length.I used a 10' piece of metal conduit that I got from Home Depot for $5 and a package of curtain hangers that clip on to the fabric. It's now hanging on one wall of my home "office" where I can easily pull it back into a neat bundle at one end or pull it out for a full 10' of background.The 10' length works great because it allows me to use the HD video setting on Zoom that produces a wider background and doesn't make me look like I'm leaning into the camera. The HD setting gives you a wider image but, with 10' of backdrop, the picture shows your selected background seamlessly. The fact that the backdrop is also 7' high means that you don't have to worry about having your background suddenly cutting off above your head or around your legs.The best thing about the green screen backdrop is that it leaves virtually no glittery edges around you and creates a very realistic image. You do have to watch out for sunlight from windows creating big variations in lighting on the green backdrop. That can mess with the programs that create the background and causes the background image to get very flaky with large sections that appear and disappear as the lighting changes. Close the curtains on any windows in your "office" when you're using the green screen.It works so well, I actually ended up spending more time searching for the perfect background images than I did installing this green screen backdrop. Now, even coworkers who know me have asked where I am after they see the "classy" office in the background :-) Always gets a "Wow!" after I tell them I'm using a green screen background.Including all the hardware for hanging it, this backdrop is the best $25 I've ever spent to improve my Zoom calls. A rare 5 Star rating from me.

When it comes to entering the realm of green screens you have two choices. 1 is to pain the area you will be using. This is more expensive but no wrinkles, no movement, nothing to hang or adjust and nothing will fall.It's also permanent till you paint over it.This on the other hand is less expensive, gives you options of placement and if you want to change your mind later you don't have to repaint your wall behind you. Yes, you have to deal with hanging it, yes you have to deal with air/fan moving it. Yes its wrinkled (it's a cloth so what do you expect when it's folded in a box/bag) but those are easily fixed with some effort and patience.The most important thing when it comes to green screens is the lighting. I'd suggest watching several videos on youtube about how to light your green screen.this is a very good product that does exactly what it says it does.

I have tried many different green screens and this one is probably the best one I went through. Using OBS studio to record videos for youtube and this one is just right for my small space. I'm new to green screens and OBS, so far this one is what I've been looking for. I don't use tripods as my space is too small as I would easily trip over them so this one although you can use it with a tripod as it's designed for it I had to get clever, I taped magnets to a long piece of wood about an inch thick and inserted it into the sleeve of the screen, I have recessed metal lighting in my ceiling 6 feet apart from each other, so this allows me to let the screen hang hassle free. The screen is 10 feet long by 7 feet wide and the sleeve is part of the 10 foot so it makes it perfect for me. The fabric is thicker than I expected making it just right to block outside light coming in through my window. And the nice thing that I like about the width is that it doesnt touch the floor when hanging.Suggestion for anyone that gets this screen or any other green screen, they do have a lot of creases due to packaging, instead of ironing I threw it in the dryer and threw a cup of water in there with 3 soaked dryer balls for 30 minutes, came out great. For a newbie, this is the way to go.This was a win win for me.
