I love this roller. I was skeptical at first because it is denser than the other soft rollers I've used. But it turns out that the density makes it a nice compromise between a tennis or lacrosse ball and a full-sized soft roller. I can target muscles better than with the full-sized roller, but it's not as aggressive as the balls. The biggest plus is that it is truly travel sized, you could easily fit it into a carry on bag without giving up a lot of space.

This is an excellent roller for my needs, rolling along thigh for IT band pain and along spine for back pain. It does not deform even with all my weight on it. It is firm but not so hard that it hurts- I tried using PVC pipe when I had serious back pain on a trip and OUCH!

This is a good roller. It isn't completely smooth, it has little bumps on it to help really dig deep. The size is decent, it's a travel sized roller but I use it as my every day one. It has held up very well and it's super cute!

This roller is the perfect size for travel and to have in my home because it doesn't take up a bunch of space. I like the turquoise color & design, but it's also good for rolling out the tension. This caught my eye a while ago so I'm glad I finally got it.

I love this! I have never written a customer review before but I use this all the time and think it was definitely worth the money. It is a bit firmer than the larger roller that I have, which makes for a nice change. Also very easy to travel with, if you can manage to leave enough space in your luggage for it.

I like the small compact travel size, the small bumps are not noticeable and it seems like a good quality product, but it is just way too soft to be effective to be a great myofascia body roller.

Smaller diameter 3 3/4 ", 12" length. Probably too small for large areas of body.I prefer larger 5 1/2" x 18" roller, but my wife likes this one for a partial massage.Good quality material, probably will last long time and no smell.

First let me say, I own several OPTP roller products and am VERY happy with their performance in relieving my back and neck pains. I bought this roller, described as "Moderate Density Foam" so I could take it with me on the road. This roller is HARD AS A ROCK, not what I am use to with OPTP rollers, and definitely NOT what I consider medium density. I returned it and will seek out a travel-sized roller of a material density similar to my full-sized rollers.
