Nice big size container. Very powerful preworkout with 300mg caffeine per serving. I advise using atlest 4-5 hours before sleep. To ensure it disent affect sleep quality. Overall this is one of the best preworkout I tried good taste dissolves easily and gives you plenty of energy.

Its a good pre workout,is good to change ur mindset from shall i or shant i ?go in the gym:-you have to train the affects off!

feels like a low stim predon't really feel the caffeine so guessing it's not any green tea extract.Honestly i'd say it's like a 4/5 though, compared to the generic pres this still carries its weight well.BASIC cheap, does the job enough said. Doubt I'd buy again as my main brand cannot be defeated it seems hah

Gave 3stars coz the taste is not great at all tbh but if your after a wake me up stim pre workout it’s a 5star beware tho the pins are real,never had a pre workout give me pins in my back side before lol Jesus it’s intense for about 5mins but after that your raring to go and would say it’s helped in the gym did my weights easily and my 30min cardio after no problem could of do another 30 min no problem on this stuff,best one I have tried for a good boost,I will try another flavour after I’m done with the pear n kiwi

It’s the correct product, and I know my boyfriend loves the brand, but it was delivered with a half removed seal and powder spilt everywhere. For how much it is to have a reasonable amount wasted is sad.
